Two-component frame adhesive with very high solvent resistance and adhesion on aluminium frames. Especially suitable whenever aggressive, but very slow evaporating solvent-based screen cleaners are used. Application: Add 20 % hardener KIWODUR 1100 PowerGrip (colourless) to the adhesive component KIWOBOND 1100 PowerGrip (red colouration) resp. KIWODUR 1103 PowerGrip (a green bonding). Furthermore, the colourless hardener KIWODUR 1101 PowerGrip can be used together with the KIWOCOLOR pigment pastes to get colourings. Reducing / cleaning: KIWOSOLV L 63.

KIWOBOND 2100 LMC is a fast drying, two-component frame adhesive for a highly chemical resistant bonding of screen meshes to aluminium frames. It is applied by brush and after curing almost completely solvent resistant. KIWOBOND 2100 LMC contains less than 0.1% monomeric isocyanateand thus offers improved work safety with the installed safety equipment. Application: Before use, mix KIWOBOND 2100 LMC with 30 parts KIWODUR 2000 LMC (red version) or KIWODUR 2001 LMC (colourless version). Stir both components well and apply within approx. 90 minutes. Reducing: KIWOSOLV L 63.

KIWOBOND UV 3000 is a UV-reactive, one-component adhesive for a highly chemically and physicallyhighly resistant bonding of screen meshes to frames made of aluminium, steel and galvanized ironframes. The bonding is resistant to all common screen printing inks and cleaning agents.

Frame adhesive curing with UV-light with fl ow properties especially adapted to the dosing system of the G-BOND UltraCure unit. Universally applicable for all standard meshes. The UV-cured adhesion is resistant to commonly used printing and cleaning products.
